Welcome to my osteria! This restaurant is the fruit of a life dedicated to cooking and love for my land. I was born and raised in the hills of the Langhe, where authentic flavors are passed down from generation to generation. I have always dreamed of creating a place where Piedmontese tradition could meet the freshness of the sea, and so my osteria was born. Here you will find dishes that tell our story: handmade tajarin, agnolotti del plin, Fassona tagliata, but also the best fresh fish, cooked with respect and creativity. Because for me cooking is sharing, passion and the pursuit of quality.
